What happens next

I find myself returning to this page often--I have left it open on my mac at work because I feel that our story isn't finished.

I'm not sure what the timeframe will be, but I intend to continue writing.

As most of you know, my dear wife Lauren departed to Heaven on Wednesday, November 11, 2009; nineteen days after our wedding. Our honeymoon never ended.

And although on paper we were only married for nineteen days, I would argue--and I believe Lauren would agree--that we were married for nearly the entire 10 months of our relationship.

I am not, nor do I expect to ever be angry at God for taking Lauren so soon. There have been too many clear signs of His plan and hand throughout our time together--even before we knew one another, our lives were written to be together. I don't understand fully, and I know I will not until I go on myself one day; but I do have faith that it will be alright and that lives will be changed because of our story.
